The retreat in March definitely exceeded my expectation. The weather was not great – grey and wet, totally different from the clear blue sky and lush green mountain featured in my promotional pictures. Fortunately we had a group of great people, and the weather cleared up just at the right time to grant us the magical experience, the sight of a full moon with a moon river over the Pacific Ocean.

Voice is an important and primitive tool for expression. In modern urban life, many
of us have lost the connection with our voice. Through breathing
practice, voice and movement games, free improvisation, world sound
…appreciation, and wonderful group chanting; we explored our vocal
range and experience.
